The concepts that define a managed site: the tenant, the organization, and plan scope.
- Tenant
- One provisioned customer site. A billing account (organization) can own one tenant on Starter or many on Agency.
- Product-add
- The unit of catalog growth: add one product, by hand or in a bulk run, and it counts as one product-add against your plan's monthly allowance. Only products that pass the quality check count.
- Catalog ceiling
- The most products that can be live on your site at once on your plan. Hit the ceiling and new adds pause, but everything you have already published stays online and earning.
- Content credits
- The metered allowance that feeds AI content generation and the on-site chat advisor. Product-adds and price refresh are credit-free and never come out of this pool.
