Need more than 36,000 products, multiple sites, or agency automation? A Max plan is coming. Talk to us

Choose from four site languages. Starter includes 1, Plus 2, Pro all 4. Commission comes from Amazon's US, UK and DE stores. Starter earns from the US; Plus from the US and UK; Pro from all three.

Every plan includes a named account rep; a real person who usually replies the same day.

Referral program

For every site owner you invite, you get +150 product slots and they get +100.

A market and a language are not the same thing.

Market = the Amazon store your commission comes from

The markets on offer are Amazon US, UK and DE. Wherever your visitor buys from, the links go to these stores and commission is credited there.

Language = the language your content is written in

You can build your site in English (US), English (UK), German or Turkish. This is just the language of your content; whichever you pick, commission comes from the Amazon US/UK/DE stores.

Market and language are separate: the market is where commission comes from (US/UK/DE), the language is what your pages are written in. All four are equally supported.

Pricing questions, answered

How does the 7-day free trial work?

While the free trial is on offer, new accounts start their first site with a 7-day free trial; it applies once per account and is capacity-limited. A card is required, but you pay $0 that day; on day 7 your plan price is charged automatically. You can cancel anytime with one click from the panel, and if you cancel during the trial you are never charged. When the trial is not on offer, payment is taken at checkout.

What counts as a product-add?

Adding one product is one product-add, whether manual or bulk. Matching it across UK and DE, on plans that include those markets, is part of the same add, not a separate charge.

Product-adds vs catalog ceiling?

Adds are the monthly rate you grow at; the ceiling is the total size your site can hold. At the ceiling you keep everything live but pause new adds until you upgrade or remove some.

What are credits for? Does refresh use them?

Credits fund AI content generation (blog, FAQ, glossary, category and brand pages) and visitor chat beyond the included free allowance. You get a one-time welcome grant of credits and can buy top-ups anytime; they never expire. Product-adds and the daily price and stock refresh are credit-free and included.

What if I hit the ceiling or run out of credits?

At the ceiling your catalog stays fully live, you just add no new products. On low credits, AI content and chat soft-degrade gracefully while your site, prices, refresh and existing content keep running. Top up or upgrade to restore.

Do top-ups expire?

No. Top-up credits never expire and they stack on top of your one-time welcome grant. They are billed once, with nothing recurring unless you choose it. Top-ups extend AI content and visitor chat only; product-adds and the daily refresh are not credit-billed.

Which markets and languages do you support?

The markets are Amazon US, UK and Germany; commission comes from those stores. You can build your content in English (US), English (UK), German or Turkish — all four are equally supported. Market (where commission comes from) and language (what your pages are written in) are separate things. More marketplaces may come later.

Can I switch monthly and annual, or change plans?

Yes. Annual is two months free. Upgrades apply after payment: you see and pay the prorated difference at a secure checkout, your remaining credits stay yours, and the new plan's allocation is added on top. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period; until then you keep your current plan's limits and credits. Monthly to annual switches like an upgrade; annual to monthly takes effect at period end. Before a downgrade, bring your catalog within the new plan's limit first, for example 5,000 products to move from Plus to Starter.

Live vs coming soon?

Everything on the cards and marked live ships today. Rows marked coming soon are roadmap and are never billed as if live.
