Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy describes content and conduct that are not permitted when you use the usebravery platform operated by Bravery Technology Ltd. It forms part of our Terms of Service, and the terms used here have the meanings given in the Terms.

This policy applies to every customer and to every site, account, and piece of content created or operated through the platform. It also applies to anyone who accesses the platform or a site through your account.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform and the operation of your site comply with this policy at all times. If you are unsure whether something is permitted, contact us before proceeding.

You must not publish, host, or distribute content that is illegal or that promotes illegal activity, or content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. You must not host or link to any sexual content involving minors, which is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

You must not publish content that is adult, hateful, harassing, or violent where such content is unlawful or otherwise prohibited by applicable law, or content that incites or facilitates harm against any person or group.

You must not distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code, or content designed to deceive or defraud, including phishing, scams, and counterfeit goods. You must not promote goods, services, or claims that cannot lawfully be advertised or promoted, or make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about products.

You must not send spam or unsolicited bulk communications, or use the platform to facilitate them. You must not engage in abusive scraping, automated data harvesting, or any activity that places an unreasonable load on, disrupts, or degrades the platform or the infrastructure that supports it.

You must not circumvent or attempt to circumvent plan limits, usage controls, billing, or security measures, and you must not resell, sublicense, or provide access to the platform to third parties without our prior written permission.

You must not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity. You must not manipulate affiliate programs, including through cookie stuffing, incentivized or fraudulent clicks, self-referrals, or any other activity that violates an affiliate program's terms or applicable law.

You must comply with the terms and operating agreements of Amazon Associates and any other affiliate program you use through your site, and with all applicable advertising and disclosure laws, including the requirements of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC).

You must use only your own affiliate accounts and your own approved tags, and you must not use tags that you are not authorized to use. You must provide accurate product information and keep it up to date, and you must not misrepresent prices, availability, or product characteristics.

You must make the affiliate disclosures required by the programs you participate in and by applicable law, clearly and conspicuously, so that your visitors understand the commercial nature of the links on your site.

If you discover a security vulnerability in the platform, please report it to us responsibly and promptly through the contact methods below, and give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address it before disclosing it publicly.

You must not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the platform or any related system, and you must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to, breach, or interfere with any part of the platform, other customers' boxes, or our infrastructure.

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and authentication factors, including your one-time code email access and any TOTP two-factor device, and for any activity that occurs under your account.

We may take action that we consider appropriate and proportionate to a violation of this policy, including issuing a warning, removing or disabling content, suspending or terminating your account or site, and taking steps to protect the platform and other customers.

Where a violation is serious, unlawful, or poses a risk to the platform or others, we may act immediately and without prior notice. We may cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities and disclose information where required or permitted by law.

Fees paid for a subscription that is suspended or terminated because of a violation of this policy are not refundable. Action we take under this policy is without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to us under the Terms of Service or applicable law.

If you become aware of content or conduct on the platform that violates this policy, please report it to us through our contact page or by emailing [email protected], with enough detail for us to identify and investigate the issue.

We will review reports we receive and investigate them as appropriate. We may take action under this policy and the Terms of Service based on the outcome of our investigation.

We appreciate reports made in good faith. Please do not use the reporting process to submit false or abusive reports, which may themselves be a violation of this policy.
