What "Temporarily out of stock" means
It almost never means the item is really sold out: it means we couldn't read a live price for that market right now, and it usually fixes itself.
If you see "Temporarily out of stock" on one of your products, take a breath: this is one of the most common labels on a Bravery site, and in almost every case nothing is actually wrong. The product is still in your catalog, and it still earns you commission when a visitor clicks through.
What it actually means
"Temporarily out of stock" does not mean the item is sold out on Amazon. It means that, at the moment we last checked, we could not read a live price for that product in that market. Our system refreshes prices for you on a schedule, and if a price comes back empty or unreadable during one of those checks, we show this label instead of a wrong or stale price.
We do this on purpose. Showing an outdated price would be misleading to your visitors and can cause problems with Amazon, so when we are not confident in the price, we hold it back rather than guess.
What you should do
- In most cases, do nothing. The price refreshes automatically, and the label clears itself once we get a clean read.
- If it has been showing for a while, open the product in your panel and use the refresh option to trigger a fresh price check.
- Check the same product on other markets. If it looks fine on US but shows the label on UK, that confirms it is a read issue for that one market, not a problem with the product.
- If it is stuck on every market for days, reach out to support and we'll take a look.
Bottom line: this is a temporary display state, not a lost sale. Your site keeps working, your links keep earning, and the price fills back in on its own.
Frequently asked questions
Is the item really out of stock on Amazon?
Usually not. The label just means we couldn't read a live price for that market on the last check. The product is still available and still in your catalog.
Will I lose commission while it shows?
No. Your affiliate links still work and still earn. The label only affects the price we display, not whether visitors can buy.
How long until it clears?
Most clear on the next scheduled price refresh. If it lingers for days across every market, contact support.
