Change your panel language

Switch the language of your control panel between English (US), English (UK), German, and Turkish. This is your panel language, not your site's language.

2 min

Your panel can be shown in four languages: English (US), English (UK), German, and Turkish. This setting only changes the language of your control panel, the screens you see when you manage your site. It does not change the language your public site is written in.

Change the language

  1. In your panel, look at the bottom of the left sidebar and click your name and avatar to open the account menu.
  2. In the menu that opens, click Language.
  3. Pick one of the four options: English (US), English (UK), Deutsch, or Türkçe. A checkmark shows which one is active now.
  4. The panel reloads in your chosen language and stays on the same page.
Panel language and site language are two different things. Changing your panel language here does not translate your public site, and it does not add a market. Your site's languages are managed separately in your site settings.

Your choice is remembered on this browser, so the panel opens in the same language next time you sign in here.

Frequently asked questions

Does changing my panel language change my public site?

No. This setting only changes the language of your control panel. Your public site's language is a separate setting, and adding or translating a site language is done in your site settings, not here.

Which panel languages can I choose?

Four: English (US), English (UK), German (Deutsch), and Turkish (Türkçe). You pick one at a time from the Language menu.

Will my choice stick next time I log in?

Yes, on the same browser. Your panel opens in the language you last picked. If you sign in from a different browser or device, you may need to pick it again.
