First look: your dashboard

Read your dashboard at a glance: the 5 setup steps card, the progress bar, your current step, the go-to-your-site row, and your site status and credits cards.

3 minPrerequisite: Your order is complete and you are signed in to your panel.

Your dashboard is the first screen you land on in your panel. It is your setup compass: it tells you what is done, what is next, and how your site is doing. This guide walks you through each part of it so nothing on the screen is a mystery.

The 5 setup steps card

The card at the top is titled Your 5 setup steps. These five items are the backbone of your whole setup, and they always appear in the same order:

  • Your site is set up. We build this one for you; it ticks once your site is live and manageable.
  • Add your first products. Ticks once your live catalog holds at least one product.
  • Connect your Amazon Associates tag. Ticks once the tag for each market your plan covers is entered.
  • Connect your site email. Ticks once your own email sender is connected.
  • Connect your domain, go live. Ticks once your site is public on your own custom domain.

Reading the progress bar and the count

Just under the title is a bar made of five segments, one per step, filling from the left as you complete each one. Below it is a count that reads for example 2/5 done. Only these five core steps are counted; the growth extras lower down are never part of this number.

Your current step

On the card, done steps collapse together under a Completed (N) line so they stay out of your way. The first step that is not yet done is opened up as the highlighted row, with its short explanation and its action button. That opened row is what to do next; the remaining steps sit below it as one-line rows you can come back to.

The go-to-your-site row

Below the five steps is a dashed row that reads Touches on your site, with a Go to your site button. Products, brand pages, and your first post live inside your site admin, not the panel, so this row is your one-tap bridge over to it. Some step buttons also send you straight into your site to do that step.

Go to your site only becomes pressable once your site is ready. While your site is still being set up or waiting for approval, the button stays disabled and its label tells you why.

Your site and credits cards

On the right side of the dashboard are two small cards. The site status card shows a status pill (IN PREVIEW, LIVE, or BUILDING) and the buttons to open your preview or manage your site. The credits card, titled Your credits, shows how many credits are ready. Credits power content and visitor chat; adding products does not spend them, that has its own separate monthly allowance.

What changes as you go

The dashboard is not static. Each time you complete a step, that step slides into the Completed group, the bar fills one more segment, and the next step opens as your new current step. Once your site is live with products, a tag, and email, the card celebrates the milestone instead of showing the step list.

Frequently asked questions

Why is one of the 5 steps already ticked before I did anything?

The first step, Your site is set up, is handled by us. It ticks on its own once your site is built and manageable. It is never a fake tick: while your site is still being prepared it stays honestly open.

Why does the progress bar not count the growth steps lower down?

The bar and the n/5 count only track the five core setup steps. The growth extras (Analytics, Search Console, AdSense) sit in a separate collapsed section and are deliberately never counted, so the number always means the same thing.

The 'Go to your site' button is greyed out. Why?

That button only works once your site is ready. If your site is still being set up or is waiting for approval, the button stays disabled and its label explains the reason.

What is the difference between the panel and 'your site'?

The panel (this dashboard) is where you handle your plan, credits, domain, and earning settings. Your site admin, reached by Go to your site, is where you manage products, brands, and content.
